Doula Basic
Birth doula service package

Covering all the essential topics what you might need to be prepared and well informed for a peaceful delivery. ( Se the more detailed list under ‘holistic childbirth education’.

  • 3x prenatal sessions-one is with the partner (1 hr each)

  • 1x birth plan (1 hr)

  • 1x postpartum preparation (1hr)

  • 1x wellness of your liking:

  • rebozo massage / 1x pregnancy massage/ 1x pregnancy yoga session (1hr)

  • Resources, pdfs and videos for inspiration

  • Stand by from week 37

Doula Deluxe
Birth doula service package

Doula deluxe is the package for the mOMs who would like to be well prepared- and informed for their birth but also ready to indulge into the luxurious pregnancy & postpartum wellness, recovery and well being services.

Prepare, relax, birth and recover with ease and grace.

  • Birth doula Basic

  • Partner rebozo workshop (1,5 hrs)

  • 3x wellness of your liking:

  • rebozo massage / pregnancy massage/ pregnancy yoga session (1hr)

  • Closing of the bones (Mexican wellness ritual)

  • 1x birth reflection - birth experience sharing and processing (1hr)

Holistic childbirth education/ birth prep

In person sessions with the mOM and the partner where I giving them information on different natural and/or home birth alternatives, guiding them through the creation of birth plan and offering tools for the partner on how to support the mother through pregnancy, labour and beyond.

This service is tailored to the individual needs of the family, where we can cover topics like:

  • Birth plan

  • Information on pain relief

  • Birth positions

  • Partner’s role as support

  • Comfort measures

  • Communication with healthcare providers

Postpartum doula P

(12 hrs) - 6600 dkk

Life with a newborn can be challenging and overwhelming at times. This package is for parents who would like to get information about how to best care for their little ones, get support on breastfeeding or just get some time to rest while someone else is taking care of their baby and the housework.

  • Natural sleep patterns

  • Lactation and breastfeeding support

  • Baby hygiene,

  • Baby cues and communication

  • Baby wearing (slings and carriers)

  • Natural parenting

  • Movement development support for baby

  • Recovery after birth (nutrition, exercises, herbal remedies)

  • Grocery shopping, cooking

  • Babysitting

  • Light housework (I’m happy to help with pretty much anything and using my work time proactively, but please don’t expect a main cleaning from me) 😊

Rebozo

I love to share my gift of healing, especially when it comes to treating a pregnant wOMen, or a postpartum patient. It’s enormous change that the pregnant body is going through in 9 months and it’s so important to give it the proper care to accommodate these changes.

Approximately 1,5 hr session where I’m teaching the mOM and her partner/birth support on how to comfort with the usage of Rebozo. It’s a tool used in traditional Mexican midwifery to comfort the mOM. It’s a great tool to use before during and after labour. Above a

500 dkk (+ 500 deposit)

You can rent my hOMebirth kit with all the essentials and extras, all what you might need for your hOMebirth.

Contains:

  • Tub,

  • Air pump

  • Water pump (helps to pump the used water out of the tub)

  • 2 hoses (one for clean and one for used water),

  • Tap converter,

  • Big foam mattress to use under the tub (gives extra softness for the knees),

  • A huge pot (if your water heater not big enough to provide the amount of hot water you might need)

  • A stool you can use in the tub

! Please note, you need to buy a liner on your own cost and you need to pay an extra 500 dk deposit what I refund if the tub and all its accessories are returned without damage. !
